There's only one menu available here: the 5 course, $55 tasting menu which features an ever-changing list of dishes. You'll find creative takes on simple chicken, and popcorn in your desserts.
Go to the Cafe. Try the salmon. It sounds "standard", but is so high a level you will think you've never had it before. Also order the Arctic Circle for desert (off-menu from the main dining room).
MUST HAVE the trout buns, jerk chicken wings, and avocado dip. Fritters - just OK. Great service, superb wait staff. Hidden gem !!
