Downstairs bar has *great* live piano on Friday and Saturday nights and half price bottles of wine on Sundays. Definitely check it out.

I'm not sure how this hasn't been mentioned yet, but... Little Basil is BYOB. You can pop across the street to D'Agostino's if you're in a bind.
When we're craving tapas, we flock to the joint for their awesome lobster guacamole, skirt steak skewers, fish tacos, and shrimp causas.
I had the gnocchi with bolengese and it was sensational! I recommend this place as a cute date night/byob night with friends!
This is a little gem of a Bistrot in Murray Hill. Escargots in parsleyed garlic butter!! Don't miss the steak frites, great portion of hangar steak and perfectly crispy fries. J'aime ce restaurant!!!

Portions are larger than average for a tapas place; you can easily share 4 plates btwn 2 pp and be full. But tables are very tight/close and noise/music can be overly loud during happy hour.
Killer pan con tomate, an ocean's worth of grilled seafood, and $40 bottles of wine to wash it down. You can't go wrong here.
