The House is possibly the most aptly named restaurant in New York seeing as it's a refurbished 1854 carriage house. It's a welcome step back in time, which fits perfectly with a lazy Sunday morning. 続きを見る
One of the most gorgeous settings we've experienced. This restored carriage house makes for a very romantic place to take a date. The food is delicious, as are the drinks.
Cozy restaurant in a restored 1850s house. I recommend sharing since the food is delicious, but also rich. Would come back for the lasagna. Lasagna, scallops, burger, and the Sundae pictured below
Romantic, intimate dining environment with a fire place for companies of two. Love the deviled eggs and their pre-fix lunch including a glass of prosecco
The House Benedict, with poached eggs, country ham, sea salt focaccia, and grain mustard Hollandaise, offers a unique spin on the traditional Benny. 続きを見る
Love this place. Super cute and love the atmosphere. We started off with their flat bread and my sister and I split the truffle Mac n cheese. This place won't disappoint!
Legitimately the best lasagna I've ever had. The the mac n' cheese needs to be shared (very rich) and the burger is also AWESOME. Romantic and charming. Great date spot.
Very cozy vibe, total date spot. Braised mushrooms were a fav, octopus was cooked perfectly. Service is a bit overwhelming. They watch you like a hawk & it feels a bit rushed.
The restaurant began serving lunch in October. Several dishes stand out for attention to detail and covert healthfulness, such as the must-have hamachi crudo. 続きを見る
Awesome ambiance, lasagna and Mac & cheese with truffles are really good. The bottle of wine Tempranillo (vina bujanda crianza 2012) was really good as well
This place is nothing less than perfect. Starting with the ambiance and decor and food that's cooked to perfection. Staff was incredibly nice. Overall 9/10
Beautifully restored 1854 carriage house. Choose from fireside dining on parlor level, a table on the second floor with a view of Gramercy Park, or a cozy spot at the Chef's Table in the wine cellar.
This classy 1854 carriage house near Gramercy Park oozes with cozy charm, whether you're by the fireplace, the open kitchen or tucked in the upstairs loft.
The Bitches say: B. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch fare at The House, and it’s rare to have the opportunity to dine in the type of NYC classic carriage house we usually ogle at from afar. 続きを見る
Cute date spot + ambiance. Get the flatbread! Didn't care for the deviled egg tasting, though unique. Wine list was a bit $(avg. $18/gl) Ask to sit by the fireplace or by the large window upstairs!
