Hellooooooo Manhattans -- two of these things put me out. A normal human would probably be done after 1/3 of one.
Get yourself a jargarita or 3, but beware -- they are delicious and deceptively strong.
Get the akamaru modern if it's your first time -- by far the most popular. Otherwise, the spicy miso ramen at the bottom of the menu. And obviously, you need to the pork buns. Better than momofuku.
Always get the extra pork — and no matter what you get, don't drink up the extra broth by itself (get extra noodles if you have to)
Tiny restaurant, so expect long lines. However, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious ramen broth. Try the Chicken Ramen and the Char Su Pork Ramen, which is blowtorch charred right in front of you.
Order a mug of straight up Mud coffee. Brunch here is actually very tasty, but sit on the back patio if you can or you'll smell like a kitchen for the remainder of the day.
