The $2.99 breakfast sandwich and coffee special is brilliant. Great prepared foods and a tasty reuben are also stellar, as are the beer and cheese selections.
Supposedly the largest Cathedral in the world, it's one of my favorite places. Go to the Halloween Extravaganza: silent b&w movie, eery organ, procession of ghouls--amazing.

You can get ronnybrook milk here,and great meat. Also, best place to get fresh and sweet tomatoes in NYC. Difficult to get around, but worth it.
Have the dutch pancake with pear. It's amazing, but you might want to share it. It's huge. Also, they do great hot chocolate.
