Owner is not the nicest, but food is amazing and the waitstaff is unreal. If they have the burrata special, get it. Gnocco app is also the tits. Can’t go wrong with any of the entrees or the pizza- The Corcoran Group5月 21, 2010Incredibly cozy Italian fare, one should definitely make a reservation in the back garden that is open year round. Try the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, its decadent.
I think this may just be the best pizza in the East Village / Alphabet City. The one with truffle oil is insanely good!

One of my very favorite restaurants, full stop. Been here several times and the entire experience has been wonderful every time—food, service, general atmosphere, warm and good feelings all around.
Mike McBryan12月 23, 2014Very, very solid Italian food. Went for a family dinner on the early side and were well taken care of, even if it started to get a bit rowdy later on. Would gladly go back with friends.
Whether brunch or dinner, get a seat on the back patio. Have a fairly priced bottle of wine (or 2) & enjoy some good food (gnocchi & burrata are favorites). Oh, and it's no longer just cash or Amex!
The new (and dare I say, even better) home of the former Cafe Pick Me. You'll want to spend hours on the back patio
