This place is pretty great. You're not going to beat $4.50 for the Roast Beef sammy and the Pastrami @ $7 is a legit option to Katz's $16 tourist trap. If you go pastrami, hold the cole slaw.

The best French toast in the world- buttery and caramelised made from chef Sebastien's homemade baguettes! Croissants hot from the oven, desserts to die for, great all-you-can-eat brunch on Sundays!
Great spot, super cheap lunch and the owner is great. I refer to him as the vietnamese don knots. Very nice and funny guy. I'm happy to patronize his place anytime. And the food is good. I love #38.
Duck sliders, pan-fried tofu w/ bok choy, garlic chicken, pan-fried noodles, sesame chicken, and singapore mei fun were our favorite entrees.

The shrink ticul is unbelievable as long as you love things spicy. And if you don't you are weird.
I've tried just about everything, but to this day the Parisienne (with multi-grain noodles) is still the one to beat.
Steamed whole seabass , Lamb w/scallions, mo pa tofu, dan dan noodles. All very good dishes.
Paella Valencia, pitcher of sangria. Stuffed mushrooms are good too. Great ambiance, maybe a bit too bright.
Food is inconsistent, but great bar. Points for most produce sourced from their rooftop garden.
Lobster & fennel pie a must. Chicken Kiev is special. Scotch egg snack is great. Share mains.
