At this small organic noodle-soup joint there are three types of noodles, each paired with a different broth: miso, paitan (creamy chicken) and shoyu (soy-sauce based).
Delicious seafood broth based ramen. The miso is intense and flavorful. The soupless Abura Soba, which comes with a poached egg, is also fantastic.
Always get the extra pork — and no matter what you get, don't drink up the extra broth by itself (get extra noodles if you have to)

3 words: Shio Yuzu Ramen. Mindblowingly delicious and unique. Umami-rich chicken broth base combined with a herbaceous, citrus note from the Yuzu is married flawlessly with thin Hakata-style noodles.
About 20 minutes from Haneda airport, this is probably the best bowl of ramen you will find nearby if stuck on a layover. Rich, milky, tonkotsu broth with thin Hakata noodles - choose your toppings.

Delicious and belly-filling, you can't go wrong with anything, but be sure to ask about specials. The Tonkotsu Shoyu is quite possibly the best soup I've ever had, and the gyoza are great too!

Sit by the kitchen and have the perfect view of the masters at work. Fantastic tonkotsu broth, and baller chopsticks and spoons.
