It’s not Ippudo but not far from it. The chau-sau (pork) is actually more melt(y) than Ippudo’s. Wait as with most Asian joints in NYC is always “10-minutes.” But very good E. Village Ramen.

Refreshing to see a ramen place that knows beer 🍺 has to be served cold in a chilled glass. The shiro miso ramen is a great choice for those seeking a tad lighter ramen.

I had their Kome Miso spicy & it was perfect imo. The right amount of spice! My brother had the Shiro Miso Cha-Shu Ramen & it was good but a bit light on taste for me. Service quick & very friendly.

Got the Kome Miso Cha-Shu Spicy - it was a huge and it was amazing. Some of the better ramen I've had in the city and I've had a lot of ramen

Shiro Miso (kyoto style) Cha-Su. The pork medallions were tender and it filled me up. Gf got the Spicy version and it had a ton of flavor and was not too spicy. Beers come with nice frosty mugs.
