Love this place. A little bit more rowdy than speakeasy bars, but still great cocktails! Great whiskey selection. A good place for a group, and their beer selection is pretty good too.

The Tradition is complete with its own proprietary bottled, aged spirits, and a lengthy drinks bible divided into various genres of drinking: tiki, Irish pub, speakeasy, dive bar, etc.

Very big fan of the spirits with "washes" here. They have an Espolon Tequilla with a coffee wash that is one of the tastiest little boozy beverages I've had the pleasure of putting down my gullet.

Some of the best cocktails I've had in California! Try "the bag". It's called "the exotic" and comes with roasted banana, pineapple, coconut cream and gin or rum. CUTE PLACE TOO

Cozy bar, a lot of good whiskey cocktails. Get a reservation for a little privacy, or show up early for a seat at the bar.

The Sazerac is world class, but if you're a real spirits fan you've got to try the Bulliet Rye and Green Chartreuse barrel-aged spirit. It's simply awesome.

Afternoon Tea Sour was amazingly well made. Refreshing and strong. Really like the mood of this place as it's upscale and relaxed yet not swanky so it fits everyone.

I dug this spot. The bartenders looked like they were part of The Lumineers (fashion style) and were very helpful. I also love the decor and intimate little booths.

Don't be fooled by the fact their house old fashioned is made with wild turkey. It's not the wild turkey of your youth. It's barrel aged and amazingly tasty.

Chocolately and boozy, the Borracha Abuelita ("drunk grandmother") made with tequila, chili-spiced hot chocolate and Mezcal-infused whipped cream is a surefire way to keep you warm during the winter. 続きを見る

Happy hour cocktails $7. Pretty good. They have cozy little booths. Good for dates and close friends but awkward for drinks with colleagues

One of the coolest bars I've been to. They have semi-private booths on one side and a separate upstairs bar.

Fantastic cocktails in a non pretentious setting.

You can't go wrong with any cocktails in the Tiki section of this menu, but I love the surfer on acid

People with reservations get a different menu than those who pull up a seat at the bar... So plan ahead (the extended menu is awesome).

1920's themed bar with a dark speak easy atmosphere. Solid cocktails - a recommend stop on a tenderloin bar tour.

The cocktail selection is enormous and most are under $13, a rarity for SF. I loved the Heather in Lace

They do their own finishes on some scotch they buy, and its delicious. Auchentoshan finished in Sauterne was definitely very interesting.

Industry Special is your best bet. A blue collar brew (pbr, high life, or schlitz...yes, I said schlitz) + a featured shot. Ideally it's the Wild Turkey 101. Recognize.

Same owner as Bourbon & Branch so you know the cocktails are good. The vibe and bartenders here are slightly better though

Very clever and versatile menu. The tables you get with a reservation are secluded. Try it.

Excellent spot. Go here. Bartenders can make real drinks-- anything you like.

The punch bowls are great! 🍸 Lots of floor space to mingle

If you like bourbon, get the 12 mile. My friend describes it as "summer in your mouth" - tasty.

Best French 75s I've ever had! They also have the most perfect ice cubes! Huge fan!

Get the punch bowl. Do it. Don't ask questions.

If you like your gin then get the London Fog and the French 75.

You may want to call ahead to reserve a booth for more than two people. Enjoy!

Can get crowded w/ no places to sit, but the drinks are great

The South side is pretty good, nice texture and fresh. Fresh mint as final touch...

Order off-menu. Get a Goldrush. You won't be sorry, and you'll become everyone's hero for suggesting it.

The bartenders & servers really know their drinks and gives great recommendations!

Don't expect service unless you are hipster & or a leggy blond. There were maybe 10 people in the bar and we could barely get the bartenders to acknowledge us - even to take our money.

Make reservations to drink in one of their themed booths.

Get a 12 Mile if you like Bourbon. So good.
