- Tom DiMaggio5月 29, 2017Best Chinese food and it's not even close. If you're around for lunch, the lunch specials give you plenty and for amazing prices.
- Pramod Pai5月 8, 2015Tea Smoked Duck – Unlike Peking duck, this aromatically smoked duck retains a fatty layer of caramel skin with deep flavor so complex that you may even forego the accompanying sauce 続きを見る
- Guha Arunkumar6月 10, 2017Get the stir fried assorted fresh mushroom (and ask for it to be made spicy) irrespective of whether you're a vegetarian or not. 😋
- Gus Borrmann9月 19, 2015Shrimp dumplings are great. Pork dumplings with chili oil are amazing. And the King Pao Chicken is a good choice as well.
- What's Good Here8月 24, 2015Recommended - Braised Fish with Tofu Lunch Special. Fresh and meaty chunks of fish with tofu in a mildly spicy sauce.
- Jagadish Gandhi4月 7, 2015Wonder how this place got a Michelin Star. Lunch menu is all precooked and dry. Lunch menu is tailored for a quick turnaround in business district.
- Jason H.1月 7, 2016Everything is great - as the other reviews said - but nobody mentioned the excellent eight jewel rice pudding for dessert!
- Dustin McSwane1月 17, 2015Great decor, food was delicious service was excellent, and stag was informative and friendly. I will most definitely be back
- Curtis Shoung4月 21, 2017dumplings, scallion pancakes + beef w/pickled veg or twice cooked pork... also their hot and sour soup is really quite good
- Rafi Romero6月 27, 2015Food is good here but not spectacular. Favorites were the spicy wontons and the mapo tofu. Tea smoked duck, pork belly, and jellyfish were overrated.
- Noah Norman8月 24, 2016I was skeptical, given the location, the cocktails, and the Szechuan aspirations, but it's real. It's all real.
- Lorcán8月 26, 2016Tea-smoked duck was perfectly cooked. Among the best I've ever eaten. The sauce puts it over the top.
- David Hu2月 8, 2014I mean, I guess the place has a Michelin star but I wasn't blown away. Comparable to some Chinatown favorites.
- Sasha Chinnaya1月 13, 2019Such a cute place. Three pepper chicken is a must. It’s not that spicy. The drinks are really really nice.
- IrmaZandl ZandlSlant9月 5, 2013Excellent! Get the wontons with chili sauce and the lamb cumin - both amazing! Not crazy about the duck or the tofu.
- Allison Kaminski10月 15, 2015Must get the dumplings and the spicy chicken!! Best dumplings I have ever had.... The sauce it's in is incredible!!
- Real Cheap Eats8月 15, 2012Try the “mouth watering chicken." Bone-in chicken is poached & chilled, arriving in a bowl slicked with neon-colored chili-and-sesame oil. It somehow manages to be refreshing & incendiary all at once. 続きを見る
- Best Chinese food in the city. Sautéed chicken filet, mapo tofu, and steamed soup buns are my faves but everything is delicious.
- Colin Lee11月 12, 2017Authentic and delicious Sichuan food - Dan Dan noodles and Ma po tofu, and cumin lamb!
- Kathryn D2月 7, 2017Awesome find amidst a good food desert. Recommend Dan Dan noodles and twice cooked pork.
- Kan Hsu9月 4, 2017Famous for its Chinese name "倾城" and it tastes just like you are in China! Another restaurant "倾国" is another style. I shall recommend "倾城" more.
- Jonathan Ching3月 19, 2017Super authentic and affordable Michelin star. I order the fried spiced chicken and sour fish soup everytime.
- The fish with tofu in spicy sauce, Dan Dan noodles, scallion pancakes, and bok choi are a must
- Dani Nedal10月 9, 2016Everything is great. Tea smoked duck is excellent. Pork dumplings in chili sauce are awesome.
- The ma po tofu is way too salty. Cumin lamb is nice and tender. The menu should probably mention that the spicy wontons are also sweet.
- Chad Horner4月 7, 2016has to be one of the, if not the most, affordable Michelin-starred meals you can get in New York
- Nick Lowery2月 23, 2017Three pepper chicken has more sichuan peppercorns than Chunking chicken. We still had them bring extra peppercorn powder. It was quite good.
- Steph Yiu12月 13, 2015I can't feel my tongue. The mapo tofu is good, but the Dan Dan noodles were the winner.
- Josh Saletnik8月 22, 2014Old school fancy cocktails pair perfectly with spicy Chinese food! The aromatic fish was really yummy.
- Holiday1月 5, 2018My face is still on fire from hot and sour soup and ma po tofu but will be back for less spicy dishes.
- Kevin O'Neill10月 9, 2016Even with sub-par service, there wasn't a thing on the menu that I didn't enjoy. From the dumplings to the short ribs. Must visit.
- Authentic Chinese food! Great lunch specials. The lightly sauteed fish lunch special was DELICIOUS.
- Ótimo almoço executivo com ótimo preço (os pratos picantes são bem picantes )
- Luke4月 11, 2015The Dan Dan noodles are a must, regardless of whether you're going the dim sum or family style entree route

http://freshnyc.com/chinese/cafe-china-michelin-starred-sichuan-chinese-food-midtown-0 Pork dumplings in chili oil - Lunch specials are key here. One of the few classy yet easy sit-down places (with waiter service) to get a inexpensive lunch in midtown.
- j y11月 11, 2012Nice thoughtful wine list and good food. Comfortable service and room. Lovely dinner experience!
- Curtis Shoung9月 9, 2016Tasty midtown chinese with a no tipping policy. Went with 4 total during work and spent $28 per.
- The Zha Jiang Noodle lunch special is out of this world. Delicious and good value!
