Andre Mohr: This is probably Sihanoukville's fanciest restaurant but given the amazing location and the quality of the food the prices are reasonable. The 'Deck Bites' are a great way of sampling what's on offer
Andre Mohr: My fav place on Otres. Super comfy cushions, nice design, decent chilled wine and reasonably priced food. Nice swordfish sashimi perfectly matches the white Minervois
Andre Mohr: Great tapas menu and short but good and great value wine list. Just stay clear of their swordfish sashimi. It's a disgrace which is a shame since the food is generally good. The duck balls are superb
