Andre Mohr: Unbelievable prices for the quality offered. I doubt you can find foie gras dishes for less anywhere in the world. And well prepared too. Fusion Japanese, not for the purists, but for me ;)
Andre Mohr: Try their fried chicken topped with cheese in spicy bean sauce, a dish that's so wrong, it simply has to be tasty. 190k will easily fill 2 with free appetisers
Andre Mohr: Hard to argue with their moniker : 'best coffee in town'. Nice, quiet café, perfect for working. At 85k a cappuccino, it sure is pricy, though
Andre Mohr: Fantastic burgers, excellent concept. The set meal with burger, fries and draught craft beer is excellent value. Try the lamb burger. Only downside is that they charge ++ without warning, bad style
Andre Mohr: Cute little place in an alley, serving nicely presented bistro food at very reasonable prices. The western options are better than their Thai offerings. Avoid Tom Yam. Nice duck and sea bass.
Andre Mohr: Tourists go to Lac Canh, connoisseurs go to this place for their Vietnamese BBQ. Super fresh squid, frogs were still moving, beef tender and generous portions. Very reasonable prices

Andre Mohr: Surprisingly unpretentious, non-fancy for a sky bar at a 5 star hotel. Views are predictably great, cocktails are good too. Happy hour prices between 5-7 pm are reasonable by Bangkok standards
Andre Mohr: Yes, it's very expensive, but D'ARK is a super attractive café and the cappuccino here is probably the best I've had in Bangkok (115 Baht), smooth but strong at the same time, just perfect

Andre Mohr: This branch is less busy than the main branch, and my cappuccino much better prepared, the best I had in town. Always need to tell them not to put cinnamon though
Andre Mohr: The cappuccino here is decent, which sadly makes it the best in town (I've tried many), and the most expensive (25k). The café itself is lovely, very French. The tartines are spectacular and good value
Andre Mohr: Tasty home cooked Lao food, less expensive than the competition, but quality wise on par. All food is toned down for westerners, just like elsewhere in town, but otherwise it's authentic. Recommended
Andre Mohr: You'll need a lot of time and patience here, but the home cooked food is nice and reasonably priced. I especially liked the aubergine dip with fried sticky rice
