Andre Mohr: Rather pricey, and happy hour only for local beers, but the location is good and the chicken wings are very good, love the fact that they use a coriander dressing

Andre Mohr: Pizza from the wood fired oven, thin crust with sparse but high quality toppings. Really liked the napoli, wasn't a fan of the chorizo. Quite pricey, but their happy hour cocktails are good value

Andre Mohr: This place seems fallen out of time. A big simple shack by the beach serving a huge variety of Thai food at rock bottom prices. It feels a bit like time travelling back to the 90s.

Andre Mohr: This is not only a very nicely decorated and friendly café, they also serve the best flat white I've so far encountered on the island, it's rather expensive though, for 95 Baht.

Andre Mohr: Makes up for the noisy ring road location with good food reasonable prices. Pad Thai is 130 Baht but it contains 6 big, fresh prawns

Andre Mohr: Don't be deceived by the modest ring road location and simple decor. The Thai food here is beautifully presented and entirely delicious. Prices are moderate for most dishes though drinks aren't cheap

Andre Mohr: Quirky café with nicely presented beverages, less expensive than it seems. A nice flat white is 70 Baht

Andre Mohr: Really beautifully decorated vintage café with book shelves and grand old fauteuils. Nicely prepared coffees and moderately priced. Easily the best coffee shop in the area

Andre Mohr: Very good street food. It's popular and there's probably a queue, possibly some Youtubers filming, but the food is spot on. Not many dishes on the menu but still varied enough to try different things

Andre Mohr: Tranquil oasis in the bustle of Chinatown. A quite fancy looking and very comfy café that is less expensive than it should be. A nice latte is 85 Baht. There's also a selection of craft beer and food

Andre Mohr: This place has been immensely popular for menu years with locals and tourists alike and their menu features a great variety of Thai dishes. Prices are reasonable and the food is very good, if sweet

Andre Mohr: Not comfy but there's ac, fast WiFi and the Café latte is quite excellent, premium bean milk coffees go for 90 Baht. One of the best in town

Andre Mohr: Famous dumpling shop. The siomai here are excellent. Large selection siopao. Not cheap but worth it

Andre Mohr: Excellent beef noodle soup in a lovely setting by the canal. Bowls at this simple eatery start at 70 Baht

Andre Mohr: Spacious café in T21. Cappuccino is pretty good and reasonably priced (75k)

Andre Mohr: Considering it's just a budget franchise for Hué cuisine, the food here isn't half bad. Prices are fair, most dishes are very tasty. Was a bit disappointed with Ram Hue, everything else was nice

Andre Mohr: This one is for adventurous eaters. The texture of their tofu is perfect, crunchy outside fluffy inside, loved the blood sausage, similar to boudin. But some other side dishes I couldn't stomach

Andre Mohr: One of the best bowls of soup I found in Hanoi. 40k for a generous bowl of fish soup. Make sure to order some fish spring rolls on the side. They're delicious too

Andre Mohr: My go to place for banh cuon in Hanoi for almost two decades. Almost unchanged since then, it's still cheap and cheerful. Price as of 2019 is 25k a plate. Their home made dumplings are nice too

Andre Mohr: Very popular local hole in the wall place. Pho Sot Vang is 50k a bowl with lots of meat. Well worth it and a nice change from the regular pho bo

Andre Mohr: Friendly, modern café with strong ac and wifi. 45k for a smooth, competently prepared flat white. Very strong, tasty Vietnamese coffees, too
