Bone marrow, pork belly, hamachi shots, and tasty red meats the price of small cars. Sometimes it's fun being a carnivore, and this is a decent place to celebrate it.
Filet was top notch. I also enjoyed topping it with the bone marrow option. Delicious all around.

Had the 50 day aged rib-eye which was excellent. Best cut is bone-in filet. Outstanding! Bring your wallet
The (20) oz Ribeye Oscar Style cooked Medium is worth every dollar spent. Truffle Butter is good as well if you don't like seafood.

The rib eye is great but also order the sampling tartare and soufflé potatoes to share with the table! Good service and nice looking restaurant
Filet Mignon is great. As is the chocolate cake. Service is excellent. I went here after getting married and we come back every year on our anniversary.
NY Strip was good, aged quite a bit, had that roquefort taste to it (like blue cheese)

Chateaubriand & the Bodegas Alto Moncayo, "Veraton" = steak and wine heaven. The chocolate bar dessert is also amazing.
