French onion soup is the best I've ever had! Superb service, Paul is fantastic, we've been lucky to get him every time we've visited. Amazing sunset views too.

Everything that I've had here is amazing, but if I had to recommend one specific thing, it would be the potato and bacon piroshky. Yum!

Cost was $9 for adults. Doesn't have the history of the Space Needle, but it's cheaper with a more towering view.
The 1-hour harbor cruise is well worth the money, especially if you use a Seattle CityPass. Try to get a seat outside on the starboard for the best view, especially if the weather is good :)
