As usual with the Gitane franchise, the wait stuff is insufferable. But my god the space is gorgeous in the early evening sun, and the trout salad is so satisfying on every level.
Wonton noodle soup, beef tendon noodle soup, and HK-style milk tea are off the hook.
buzz into this tucked away speakeasy and you'll feel like you stepped into someone's (Prohibition-era) living room. Try the refreshing Rumble.
Food was delicious, but $86 is excessive for 3 course prix fixe. Will eat in bar next time, nearer the beautiful flowers.
The perfect dim sum restaurant, this place has been here over 80 years. Must try the Rice Roll with Fried Cruller!
Also always ask to sit in the garden and snag one of the curtained cabanas--sooooo cozy in the winter and cool and relaxing in the summer--it's a great escape for lunch or dinner!

Essentially, any shop that revolves around fresh, lovely mozzarella is going to be a beautiful thing. But in my mind, this place is all about the roasted artichokes.
