The perfect Saturday activity for anyone who is hungry. We recommend bike riding there. Don’t miss the Pulled Pork Sliders from Mighty Quinn’s and the Blood OrangeDoughnut from Dough!
Great place to grab some grub before a show at nearby Brooklyn Bowl or the Music Hall. From lobster rolls to brisket to deep fried delicacies. Your stomach AND your wallet will thank you.
Dev and Navid skip Ramadan prayers for a barbecuefestival at Smorgasburg. Fictional Nashville spot Tickler’s, season 1, pops up; in real life the pig roast was provided by ButcherBar.
This place was pricey and very very crowded but it's a fun activity and the food was on point. I had mofongo and a coconut and was very happy with my choices. Bring sunscreen and water! It gets hot.
I have a personal rule: don't try to satisfy your craving for mofongo where you satisfy your craving for borscht. This spot is a notable exception to that rule.
Foodie heaven! 100+ vendors with diff. cuisines trying to feed you within a block radius. Bring an appetite, do tapas-style tastings, and relax with a view of the Manhattan skyline in the background.
Check out newcomer Mofon-GO's stand at Smorgasburg, offering mofongo topped with chicken or vegetable stew-like fillings. Top either with freshly chopped cilnatro or pork crackling.
Recomendables: brisketsandwiches, bagels, lobsterrolls
The city's largest outdoor food market that often seems like a microcosm of New York's artisanal food scene. It's best experienced with a picnic mat and a ravenous appetite.
Actually amazing food we had the skewers, poutine and the chicken sliders. Skewers were amazing! Poutine was average. Great views of the city! Will def come back.
If the 1st weekend is any indication, the gig is up on what used to be a deep cut brunch alternative for grazing, face-stuffers out there. Get here early (11) and enjoy the food w/o the mob scene.
The mayolobster roll from Red Hook Lobster Pound is definitely not worth 16 bucks. (For a truly awesome lobster roll, try Luke's Lobster.) Very good ice cream sandwich from The Good Batch.

The Brooklyn Flea Food Market is located in Williamsburg along the East River Water Front on Saturdays from 11am-6pm rain or shine. (On Sundays in DUMBO). 75-100 food vendors from NY region. YUMMY!
Great concept and well placed. Some really cool food spots here. ATM by entrance, and cash is king. Unfortunately seems weather dependant (few vendors showed up on a windy, gray Saturday).
Ladies and gentlemen we have a new winner... #deji their pork rally sandwich with spicykimchirelish is a flavor bomb o #awesome seriously seriously tasty
If you like vegan food, go to Chickpea and Olive and try their baconcheddar ranch beet burger! It may be the most delicious burger I've ever had. Try it on a donut too!
Be sure to go before 4. Walk from High St was a long one - wondering if there's a nearer MTA station ? Anyways def worth a visit. Very international offerings best served with the view from promenade.
Fried chicken with water mellon is fantastic. Close too brooklyn brewery. On a sat stuff your face here and head to the brewery for some tastings and a free tour.
Go to the BBQ tent and try the Brisket Sandwich is the best. Majority of food is overpriced for an outdoor venue. In general I like smorgasburg and what it offer.
heaven on earth, all the trucks are delicious (at least the ones I've been to). the good batch ice cream sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had! Dan Dan noodles were perfect!
BRING CASH. You'll need it to sample the goods: Korean BBQ from We Rub You x Cemitas Mexican sandwich x fried anchovies from Bon Chovie x pie from First Prize pies. Then sit on the lawn in a food coma
Prices range $10-20 and you are probably going to need 2+. Nice view of Manhattan and can chill in the park. Vendors not as good quality as London Streetfood collectives such as KERB or Street Feast
The view from the park is great and the food here is really aesthetic, but it was expensive and not the most flavorful or impressive. Come here with friends to try everything.
Open on Saturdays. This has gotten kind of crazy, but there are tons of awesome food vendors. Don't get full on one thing....try a little bit of everything!
all these little shops all different awesome food from burgers to pops. Only thing is only saturday for the summer from 11-6. But if ur in bk gotta check the place and u can right by water
There's a lot more to Smorgasburg than its ramen burgers. If you don't give it a proper look-around, you might miss the green lady with a dumpling head. And that would be a shame.
Everyone knows the lobster roll is the thing to get at Smorgasburg. What the chicken and waffle from Buttermilk Channel Fried Chicken presupposes is, maybe it isn't....
