MK McKenzie5月 26, 2015Best view in DC. Always a challenge to find a seat, though. Even bigger challenge to get a drink at the one tiny outdoor bar. Still, we rough it out for the views and the sun.

- Great view, good for drinks and people watching. Really not-so-good food. Been here a dozen times or more and always find the appetizers bland.
