You’ll find artwork up and down each staircase and behind every door. Crucial to think of this not as a museum, but an exhibition space.

Definitely start off with the guacamole. The fish tacos are amazing. Check out the tortilla machine!
Any pizza you get will be delicious. Also get the house salad, there is something just so good about it.

While I prefer other spots in Jackson Heights for my South Asian food, I really like Jackson Diner's baingan burta (eggplant w/ ginger), great flavor & kick, vegetarian. Big party room upstairs too.
El Palacio (mispelled on Foursquare) has great Colombian Food in general, but the empanadas are reallllly delicious. Get a jugo de lulo or guayaba (in water, not milk).
Great beer selection. They play great music most of the time. I have to admit I miss living a few blocks away.
Do not go here without trying the fried pickles! Mac and cheese is great also. Try the modelo especial with lime and tabasco.
Delicious beverage and their food is pretty yummy. If you're lucky, you'll catch a small live band play.
The appetizer snacks are scrumptious. Go during the week so you can get the lunch special.
Formerly "Site" on 34th, this shop has a great variety of home goods, kids goods, clothing, accessories, etc for the design minded. A winner if you're looking for a gift, for someone else or yourself!
