Avoid planes flying into Gatwick very late if you want to get to London Bridge, I ended up on painful replacement bus service and arriving too late for underground connections
Despite calling itself London Gatwick, it has no relation to London and your Oyster Card is not valid here. That's o the sarcastic guard telling me we are not in London. I am aware of that.

The First Capital Connect service to London Bridge gets you to the city faster than the Gatwick Express

In the South Terminals departure area, Gatwick put the toilets at the back of the Duty Free Shop. What an incredibly frustrating annoyance.
Get water, drinks, coffee etc before you head to your flight gate - there are only vending machines at the gates.

It's foggy here today but there are landings and take-offs so a normal day then..... CAT III facilities @ LGW makes it a normal day every day.
Fortunate this time to leave from South Terminal which is preferable to the other one

- Heathrow's little brother. Never as nice as Heathrow Terminal 5 but definitely better that T4.
