Don't miss the snow pea tips if they are in season! Get them sauteed in garlic or with minced pork - yum.....

How did this get to be the Best of Las Vegas? My fried rice at lunch had crunchy bits - from being left exposed too long to the air. Nasty. There definitely are better Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas
