Avoid flying from Terminal 1. No TSA precheck? Terminal 3 - you don’t have to take out anything regardless of precheck. Going to JFK is like going back to the 80s, but way more dilapidated.
ℋumorous7月 20, 2011You're in NY now; the moving walkways are to be walked on - not stood on. Keep moving people you're not in Kansas anymore. Avoid the gypsy cabs out front.

If you lose your earbuds or your music player is running low, the Muzak at JFK isn't bad listening. Travel safe.

Overcrowded, overextended, but the gate to the world — or to NYC!
Gate 14 has the best sunrise! Don't forget your baggage while you're caught in a trance.
The food (breakfast) in the Jet Blue terminal's food court is horrible at that little buffet. Cold syrup on rubbery waffles, with powdered eggs. You could do better at a truck stop.

"ジョン・F・ケネディ国際空港 ターミナル５：エーロ・サーリネン（1962）。チューリップチェアで有名なサーリネンの代表作。4枚のコンクリート・シェルで構成された屋根が特徴で、飛び立とうとする鳥のような形をしている。曲線が美しい内装は、20世紀を代表する工業デザイナー、レイモンド・ローウィーが手がけた。取り壊しも検討されたが、2005年国家歴史登録財に指定。2009年にはリニューアル完了。"
