Elijah Murray7月 26, 2012The real free wifi is named "Airport Free Wifi". Lots of room to stretch out on relatively comfortable chairs. No armrests so yay for naps!!!!
Immigration officials are efficient. Ladies in semi-traditional ham bok are there to guide you to the shortest lines and answer questions - in many languages!
'Text grabber' app might help you when you need to read something in Korean ;) like menu, announcements, signs and so on.
Azlan Shah2月 12, 2017I wish this airport can improve further on having more counters for security check as we have to queue very long for it even during non peak season. The rest are ok.
직원용 쉼터는 터미널 지하1층 출국장 29게이트 쪽에 있는데 터미널 지하 1층에는 사워실 수면실 헬스장 회의실 등 이있어요

Make sure you get cash BEFORE you go through Immigration - there aren't any ATM's anywhere around the gate/departure/duty free shopping area.

Flying on a standby staff ticket at Korean Airlines (KE)? You will find the check-in desk at aisle A, position 2.
Once you go to the satellite terminal, you can't go back to the main one. Many shops and pretty decent food.

Вернуть забыл, пришлось обращаться в полицию. Чемоданы нашли в течении 30 минут. Ничего не похищено. Уважение Профессионалам.

Loved like something. Lotteria is there next to customs check point. Free Wi-Fi.
Very crowded airport. You need to prepare at least 2.5 hours before departure of your flight is on weekend

If you're leaving on an international fight, leave plenty of time to get through security, immigration and then catch shuttle to international gates

"다녀 본 공항 중 열차 이용이 제일 황당함. 탑승동행 열차를 타려면 땅 속으로 한참을 오르락내리락, 적은 운행횟수, 엄청난 대기줄, 한 번 타면 돌아올 수 없는 변태적인 구조. 늦은 시간엔 운행을 제한해 열차 때문에 비행기 놓칠 수도 있음. 야간에 열린 매장 거의 없음. 생수 하나 사기 힘듬. 외항사 탈 생각하면 짜증부터 나게되는 제일 큰 이유가 탑승동."
