original broth. Other must-gets lamb — sliced so thinly it cooks nearly as soon as it’s dipped into the soup — garlic beef and beef meatballs, and greens. Go in expecting a wait.

Lamb & beef! I liked the original broth more than the spicy. So so good! I’m all about the enoki mushrooms!

Update: You can BYOWine and champagne but not beers. You can get beers there.
