Short cut from Colmore Row to Temple Row (and vice versa). Various traditional shops inside. The entrance on Temple Row is Victorian. Colmore Row is modern (externally part of Colmore Gate).
For years the WiFi wasn't working but it works fine now! Same drinks / food as other Costa's. Near Subway and Tesco Extra. Close to bus routes on the Coventry Road and Swan Island.
Nice and big coffee shop in Solihull Town Centre. The decorations remind me of Italy! I had a white chocolate mocha with cream on my last visit! Tasted good! Although you can have it without cream.
Located close to the end of the Bullring link bridge. I could get BT Wifi here (The Cloud may have been available, but that works best at Caffe Nero at the other end of the link bridge). Comfortable
The best park in Birmingham. Entrances from Edgbaston Rd, Russell Rd and the car park near Pershore Rd. Has a lake, playground, the MAC. Access route to Highbury Park. Plenty of benches to rest on!
The park has some new entrance signs, probably installed due to the recent Parkgate development nearby. The former putting green now has paths and flowers planted. Seen a few tennis courts nearby.

Watch out for the centre security if taking photos at Grand Central. Many units vacant. Some have Draw Your City art on them. Escalators sometimes out of order. Mission Impossible 7 filmed here 2021.
Get the 1, 35 or 50 bus routes to Moseley Village. Farmers market on last Saturday of the month. Local volunteers litter pick and remove graffiti on Sunday's. New railway station coming soon.
Regularly go here over the years. Nice pizza or pasta. Cosy atmosphere with lit candle on the table. Indoor and outdoor seating. Best to be inside in the colder months. WiFi here. Can use vouchers.
Next to Pizza Express. "Outdoor seating" actually inside. Top floor of East Mall at Bullring. Takeaway cups used when I came.
Massive museum. A lot of walking. Not much place to sit. Too much to see in one visit. 3 hours is enough before you want to go. Cafes and restaurant in Grand Court area. Limited tables for those.
Nice small museum about London's canal history. Basin at back. You can book trips from here on a narrowboat. Short walk from King's Cross Station.
The pasta I had was great! Well presented. Above London Victoria Station. Makes me want to go to Prezzo at Parkgate Shirley in Solihull next!
Comfortabel hotel for a weekend stay. Breakfast in morning. Air con in rooms. Not much of a view out of window. Close to London Victoria Station. River Thames in walking distance to Vauxhall Bridge.
Seems busy. Upstairs seating. Plate with toastie was hot. Takeaway cup for drink was hot. Same prices as other Starbucks around UK.
Costa on 1st floor has closed for refurbishment. May reopen as Waterstone's Cafe. Entrance to Pavilions on 3rd floor. But may lose that if Primark opens at Pavilions in 2016/17.
