Prime Rib is great. They tend to cook a bit more than one would like, order med-rare if you enjoy medium. Don't forget to sprinkle the seasoning salt on the cut, and try the whipped horseradish, yum!

A sublime mini Chelsea Market, the only thing I can say is missing is a restroom to keep me here longer :(
