What a lovely menu, very hip spot but not overcrowded - an oasis in the middle of midtown. Had delicious octopus app, striped bass special and lemon panna cotta.

Eater's Hottest Burgers Sp'16: burger grilled over wood fire, draped in cheddar &larded w/pork belly in potato roll. Smokiness from wood comes through, imbuing the beef w/flavor of a backyard cook-out

Always dubious of a restaurant attached to a hotel, but Bedford is the real deal. Love the chicken and waffles for weekend brunch. Cozy. (The attached Renwick hotel is also awesome)

Shah is the man, everything is always good but he adds a dynamic personality with excellent service that elevates the brunch experience here
