Check out the German pharmacy museum after entering the paid section. It's free (or included in regular admission, depending on how you look at it).

If being touristy aim for a ferry around 7:55pm to catch the light show at 8. Captains go slower to give you a chance to see the sights.
Excellent selection of art and fashion books with an English department in the back. Great location on the Rue de Rivoli. As it says on the front wall, the first English bookstore on the continent.

Try out the world's highest bungie jump off this 338m tower. If that seems to expensive for you, try the Skywalk - walking around the tower on a ledge outside.
