I have never been disappointed by the ribs here. Don't let the lines intimidate you. Their Mac and Cheese is pretty tasty, too. Make sure to try the different sauces.
The pulled pork was juicy, the sauce selection (BACON BBQ?!) was great, but the real key to this sandwich was the buttered, toasted bun, which provided great crunch and flavor.
There is a reason that the parking lot is always packed and people are waiting in lines that wrap around the building. The bbq is fantastic! My suggestion, try the sweet potato fries with honey!
This grass fed beef brisket sandwich made me rethink my life hard. Most delicious meal I've had this year. Cheesy taters, spare ribs... A+ job. There's a line before it opens but for a good reason.
