The Gateway Arch, also known as the Gateway to the West, is the tallest national monument in the U.S. Construction began on Feb. 12, 1963, with the last section put into place on Oct. 28, 1965.

This is was here where MLK led the March on Washington and gave his famous “I Have a Dream” speech. The speech was actually titled “The March on Washington for Jobs and Equality.”
Lobster bisque was way too good! I'm gonna be dreaming about it for the next few days. There was no line so they didn't have to go all nazi on me (I admit I was kind of disappointed about that, ha)
Great if not a little on the pricey side. You can probably spend 2-3 hours here depending on how much you love the subject matter. Generally covers everything you want, so many guitars set on fire.
It's famous, and with good reason. Crossing the Golden Gate is guaranteed to put a smile on your face, no matter what you're driving.
