It's been said before but worth saying again. Best sushi in HK hands down. Sashimi salad is a lunchtime favourite.
Insanely good stuff: squid ink rice, taco rice, "sea caviar" seaweed, and sea salt ice cream. Skip the drinks.
Of course Katsu is great. In addition, pickles, miso-soup, and rice are super wonderful. Moreover these three can be refilled for free!!!
