    Yelp is great! Yelp does not isolate businesses if you do not have an ad. I have left plenty of great reviews for businesses that do not advertise with Yelp and the ads are still there.

    Out of booze on 10? There's a mildly hidden bar on the 9th Floor. It's like a (good) skeleton in the closet.

    Yelp is a complete scam! If you do not pay to play, YELP isolates business, unless you advertise with the. They are not a REVIEW SITE, they are an ADVERTISING SITE.

    Yelp is in the business of selling ads. They filter their ratings and lean on the side of the advertiser. If you post a negative, it'll have a slim chance of appearing as a review. 1/2

    Conversely, if you leave a positive review and the merchant doesn't' advertise with Yelp, it'll have a slim chance of being posted. I suggest leaving comments here and Urbanspoon, 4get TripAd too.
