I've been to bars the world over, and very few can match this selection, service, and ambiance. Be prepared to wait or make a reservation. It's worth it. Very worth it.

Go to Voodoo Doughnut and get the Maple Bacon Bar. Sounds a bit weird, but it's delicious. One of the most popular selections there!
Delicious! The donuts are small so you can order one of each variety on a plate of 4, 5, or 6 donuts. Unique chai flavors were amazing!
The Nitro Cold Brew is excellent (and strong). I recommend it for anyone wanting to try something you can't get at coffee chains.
Kell's Irish Restaurant & Pub is rated one of the best Irish pubs in America. They proudly support the Portland Timbers and are an official MLS pub!
Love the Happy Hour by the fireplace, though sadly it's not as warm as you think it ought to be. Prices great, food good, service fast. Check, check, check. Cool ass restaurant too!
Tacos, Tacos, Tacos. You can't go wrong with any of the taco options on the menu, but the seafood ones are probably the best decision, especially the calamari taco.
Taste as much as possible and if they have any special drinking chocolates just go for it. Have a shot of anything and you will never see hot chocolate the same again. This place is a true gem.

Best, weirdest wings ever. They say they're chicken but they're the size of baby pterodactyl wings. Sweet & salty, crispy & tender. LOVE 'EM.
The Fish Sauce Wings are probably the best item in all of Portland. Get in extra order to take home as they are even better the next day.
S'more stout is amazing - not too sweet but amazingly flavored and perfectly balanced!
