we picked the prix fixe but i think a better idea is to sit by the bar and order small plates. the views are out of this world (i hear the glass is treated in a way so as to avoid glare at night)
you only get once chance to see the tuna catches early in the morning (and to get kicked out promptly by security), but it's an experience you just have to add to your life to-do list
