So glad this place is still there. Great view, good food. Been eating lunch here since the 1970s. Fine alternative and a lot more inexpensive than the Cliff House right below. Tuna on sourdough roll.

Get the corner booth, if you can. Great traditional diner with local, organic ingredients. A classic SF institution with great views! Great breakfasts.
Cash only but they have an ATM on site. Be sure to allow time for a walk down to the Sutro Baths - http://sutrobaths.com/ and there's ample parking across the street so don't stress about parking.

I call this historic place 'the poor man's cliff house.' Just up the hill from the famous touristy Cliff House at SF ocean beach. The prices are a fraction here but view is just as good! Simple down h 続きを見る
