The wait is half the fun at Elizabeth's! The upstairs bar is hip and rickety...ease your wait with a cocktail or an icy beer. Food is fresh, service efficient, always a true down home experience.
The wait is long but so worth it!!! Eggs Florentine has the fried oysters with a spinach cream over some potatoes with a poached egg. Just the perfect breakfast after a night out. Great food.
It’s pretty much all good here. Get the fried green tomatoes with poached eggs. And a mimosa the size of a big gulp. Well priced and great , welcoming staff
Get there around 9am on a Saturday to beat the rush and get the blonde girl for you waitress! Our experience was awesome but the table across from us got there during the rush and was not so lucky.
Lovely brunch spot in the Marigny. Famous for its praline bacon, this place has some of the best bloody marys in town. I tend to order the CountryBreakfast with Pork Chops and Eggs.
Great food. You can buy dr bob’s art here too. Just make sure you have cash for the art but they do have an atm. I had boudins balls, oysters, and fried chicken. Delicious!!!
Don't let the ambience fool you... Elizabeth's is amazing! The food is delicious and you can do some great people watching 😉. I had the Eggs Elizabeth and cleaned my plate!!
Definitely one of the best brunch places I've been to. I recommend this place to everyone. On the outskirts of NOLA, so you'll have to drive there & wait in line, but definitely worth it!
The praline bacon is amazing and a must order. We also ordered the crabby eggs and they were delicious. If you don't eat a lot, I recommend splitting an entree with someone.
Breakfast: Elizabeth's. It's in the bywater section of Nola. It's right on the riverfront in an old house. The food they cook there is what every breakfast should be like.
The praline bacon, fried green tomatoes & half chicken were all great. Chicken was a little over cooked but well seasoned. Deduction for the big rat running around on the dining room floor.
The place for breakfast and brunch, Elizabeth’s won’t break the bank. Reasonably priced and known for its praline bacon, it will satisfy your palate and your wallet.
