It was recommended that you nix PT + take all of Carl Hall's classes -- it's true, but be sure to sign up beforehand. Also, Kristin's 5:30 Friday Sculpt class is an outrageously fun, don't-miss class.

great gym with fun spin classes. unfortunately, those spin classes are at crap times as well as far and few in between. the desk staff also leaves much to be desired, regarding common courtesy.

Best class at this location is The Art of Boxing by Everlast. Tuesdays at 7:15. Show up early to sign up as their is limited space. Works on technique and fitness in a 60 minute session.

Not a single person picks up after themselves. Weights all over the floor, dumbbells all over the floor, weights left on machines. The majority of people who work out here are complete idiots.
