- Naydia C7月 8, 2014Maple Lounge is quite nice, a great break from the hustle bustle of connecting flights, etc.
- Paul T.5月 7, 2017The airport feels dated and the international travelers customs area is confusing. Inside the terminal there aren't many great food choices.
- Double check the size of your carry on luggage. I just had to pay $100 to check in a second bag since it happened to be 2cm wider than they allow on board. But at least free wi-fi to vent about it ;)
- Alex Truman1月 6, 2014Terminal 1 is still one of the longest walks from gate to customs/baggage claim of any airport I have been to. If you have mobility issues, might want to consider a wheelchair.
- Anvar Islamov1月 25, 2015"If you see something, say something".Not at Pearson terminal 1.Here nobody cares about unrecognized items. Were trying to bring staff attention to left jacket, half an hour later it is still there..
- Scott Sullivan4月 16, 2016When flying BA/AA from LHR to the US, pick up your luggage then head upstairs to the AA counters near the US passport entrance. Don't follow the connections signs. Wish someone told me.
- There's a new 'staging' area that you have to wait in before you can go through customs. Suggest not arriving too early for your flight.
- Leah Sinsheimer1月 12, 2015Make sure to take provisions on your hike out to gates F89-94. And there's no accessible escalator to get down there.
- At Q4, Walk in airport, look for ladies washroom and 3 doors to the right there's an unmarked, recessed door. Home cooked meals as well as fries and smaller things, cheap prices!
- Nana5月 30, 2016If you're connecting domestically and traveling to the US and have 2 hours to kill you are wrong. Going through the gates, security checks and immigration will kill it. Head over to your gate now!🏃🏽
- Daniel Lamoureux8月 31, 2011On the lower level Gates 101to112, there is ONE outlet on the phone station using the public TTY. Yes you CAN plug in and sit on the window ledge to relax and recharge ;-)
- If you’re lucky enough to be in Terminal F, then head over to Wahlburgers.
- Miguel Mejía Martínez7月
- John Sowash4月 6, 2014Freshii at the very end of terminal A is excellent. Fresh food; natural ingredients.
- Jessa E4月 15, 2017If you wanna walk faster, always take the moving walkway (weird looking walkalator), it's actually faster.
- Meghna Lamore12月 26, 2011If you're flying out of the 170s - 180s, Terminal 1, bypass crowded eateries, walk 180/181: Caffe Ritazza's quiet, decently priced, even has wine/beer.
- Get as much done at the Kiosk including baggage tags. Make sure when booking your passport name is exact on all documents. Save u lots of time.
- The self serve customs booths are a great idea. Love the idea and it's simple to use.

- Only to be used if traveling abroad. This airport is always packed, he lineups can be hours long, and finding your way around can be a nightmare. A nessicary evil when traveling to/from TO.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Manager9月 22, 2011Long flight? Peanuts are okay, but bringing a filling, healthy snack like almonds or fruit will keep you tied over until your destination. For more travel tips and fun, follow @DoubleTree on Twitter!
- Massive huge airport. Customs, immigration officers were great. WiFi was quick to connect.
- Esperanza Mendoza12月 10, 2014Una maravilla en organización, limpieza, atención al cliente y feria de comida. Limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones!
- If your flight is canceled due to weather, don't bother using ACs N desk to get your free accommodation. Last night the line was at least 6 hours long. Cool #AirCanada strategy to avoid paying !
- If you have a super long layover , take the UP Express train into downtown Toronto and explore the city! It's only a 25 minutes ride from the airport! 🎉
- Not a ton of selections for food. I like the paninis and chef salad right after customs and duty free is the same inside + out but cute cheap T-shirts in newspaper/magazine store :)
- В отличие от Монреаля очень длительные формальности: таможня, паспортный сервис и пр. при прилете. Уныло. А так, аэропорт хороший!)プラス投票 Feb 10
- James Zimenoff8月 7, 2014If flying to the US, give yourself plenty of time for customs preclearance. Also, food/drink choices are limited in the secure area.
- If you're American going INTO the US, you'll encounter border agents with great attitudes. Coming back in, however, if you're American, prepare to get some cold shoulders. Sorry, it a fact...
- There's free WiFi! Also you are allowed to bring in food items as long as you're flying domestic.
- Rebecca Mazza10月 20, 2016Love the Samsonite store before security where you can check your luggage. I don't like that there is no delta lounge and only a couple restaurants after security
- The main security level is frequently very busy. Go downstairs instead, usually much quieter and faster
- Paula Riker10月 5, 2014Muito organizado e bem sinalizado. Procure logo pelo seu portao para nao perder o voo... tem wifi free e ipads a disposicao (:
- Camilo Acosta Mejía4月 23, 20141. US immigration and customs before going in the international terminal 2. And most important: FREE WIFI!!!!
- YYZ is a surprisingly large airport. Take that into account if you have a connection.
- Cheryl8月 31, 2014Free wifi though some areas of airport are slow with bad service. Nice airport, organized and clean. Lots of charging stations and seating.
- Clean and spacious airport but lacks amenities and venues. Unfortunate for a city as big as Toronto.
- Alie Welsh12月 28, 2013Get a NEXUS pass if you can, it's worth it and buys extra time when you need it most. (If you're under 18, NEXUS is free)
- Get a Nexus card if you frequently fly out of Toronto. Will save you hours of waiting at security lines.
- Rebecca Layne5月 15, 2012Don't forget to get a drink at duty free! The airport doesn't have a lot of Resturants! Especially ones open at 5 am!!!
- David Tutin3月 8, 2013If you are travelling to the US leave some extra time for US border control. The queues can get quite long!
