Each week 1-3 new cask beers arrive. They are rare and delicious. Ask what's new on the cask, then ask for "a half" of one which strike you. You'll receive a smaller serving at a cheaper price.- Jim Lowden4月 23, 2012One of the oldest bars in Birmingham. Walk down the quaint cobblestone road hidden by the overhanging oak branches, and look for the low brick building with an inviting patio out front.
Tuesday and Thursday's are half price on local draft beers. Sit inside for old pub feel or grab a spot on the patio.

Excellent build-your-own pizzas! Really, try them all! The Gus Burger is also fantastic. Also, ask about the Tuesday/Thursday specials on half-price beers.

Great spot for game days because of 1/2 price local brews and duck fat popcorn!
Garlic chicken fingers with blue cheese dressing and a Good People Pale will return your soul to your body.
- The Gus Burger with an egg is awesome! Wouldn't have thought it. The pizzas are also really incredible! Try both.

Drinks: he had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I had The Grinch...pretty good. The wings are pretty good too.

I highly recommend the pork tenderloin on the winter menu! Yum!! And of course amazing beers!
The oysters...a must have on the new winter menu. Superb mixture of flavors and textures.
- Do any of tge burgers, but add the mustard or goat cheese from the cheese plate, you wont be sorry.
Atmosphere is great, food and beer selection are second to none. However... The service is hit and miss. Sometimes I feel like I need a smoke signal just to get noticed..
Great place to watch SEC football. Make sure you arrive early and get a spot on the back patio.- Blackbean burger with goat cheese, bacon and fried egg. Weird? Perhaps...delicious? Without a doubt

Hummos is always delicious.. so is the cheese plate. They are both always changing. My boyfriend loves the steak, too.

Burgers are off the chain. The BLT is crazy good and crazy cheap. Mmmmmmmm beer.
