This place is a hidden gem. I messed up and booked my room for the day after I needed it. Not only did they accommodate me, they gave me a huge corner room on the 11th floor with a terrace!

Amazing for recovery, great beds, comfy couches, awesome pillows- big nice kitchens- excellent service- fantastic hood.

This place is new to me, as is the brand. I would guess they largely serve the hospital across the street. Seems nice - rooms well designed and spacious. Though exterior and lobby pretty bland.

Worst EVER hotel experience!## horrible rude and unfriendly customer service. Front desk “Lisa” portrayed herself as a “supervisor” unwilling to help. Extremely overpriced and unworthy! Be wary!!
