Skullpt Mat & Barre are my new obsessions! I've been going to 3-4 classes a week for the past 3 wks and my arms and glutes have become noticeably more toned! It will kick your butt, but it's worth it!

Stop by the Chop Shop inside Sutra and try a raw juice...the perfect thing to nourish your body after class! Lots of concoctions to choose from, my favorite is Garden Run.

If you want to get in shape at a laid back funky spot, come over to SuTRA Midtown. You can sign up for 2 months of unlimited yoga and skullpt for $199! Good until the end of June!

The best yoga studio in town! Plus they do yoga on the rooftop of The Clarendon Hotel when the weather is nice!
