StuyTown -excellent building staff, very helpful for those who are disabled & who may need assistance w/ their dogs outside.
Sam Yunker5月 26, 2014Don't let the stuystapo nazis tell you that you can't go in grassy areas with your dog. As long as you have him/her on a 6ft or less leash, and stay out of flower or tree beds, you are good!
- Stuyvesant Town & Peter Cooper are pet - especially dog! - friendly. Check out the Stuyvesant Town Dog Park (near Beth Israel Medical) at 15th Street between 1st & 2nd Avenues.
These buildings are built like bomb shelters. If anything will survive a zombie apocalypse Armageddon flood... It's Stuy Town! #Sandy

Genesis M7月 15, 2014Do I still really live on Manhattan, or have I magically been transported to a place where I can have a normal size apartment?
- You'll always have a tough time finding a cab in the morning on 14th St. You're better off using apps like Hail-O or Uber for your morning commute.
To enter the apartment: you must blink twice, clap thrice and say cockadeedledoo...if done correctly, the door should appear...
