Don't miss the pork pancake, soup dumplings and hand pulled noodles and chicken.
Pork pancake + chili oil tastes like heaven (for only $2.50, and it is filling). Eat it at the park across the street.

Veg friendly - ask for Buddhist noodles - dumplings are great, awesome hand pulled noodles.

A lesser known but delicious dish is the egg & tomato hui mui- light and tasty.
Spicy Village > Xian. Get the beef brisket noodle soup and a pork "pancake". No liang pi, unfortunately =(
