A staple in the Seattle cocktail scene. Sun is a great place to go for well made drinks from friendly and knowledgable staff. Give their famous Mai Tai a shot, or any other classic for that matter.

If you can handle spicy... Order a Hot Charlotte. It's like nothing you've ever tried. Sweet, floral, burns after like a nice sunburn.
ask the bartender for their recommendation. The cocktails are amazing. great happy hour 7 days a week.
