Make sure you you check out the pool during rhe summer and of course the beer garden on the 2nd floor.... great staff and service is impeccable...love this hotel ... just my style - not for everybody

Taylor Perry3月 31, 2016Front desk people are awesome. Call when PostMates show up, left me extra blankets (NYC is chilly!) gave me a map of NYC. Only bad thing so is that wifi is a little spotty.

Vimal Kumar9月 9, 2015The new rooftop bar "tiki Tabu" is quite original. It's clean and small and has a decent view. Be warned, tip is included on the tab.
Nice hotel with great proximity to LES but can be pricy and the rooms can be small.- The Loft at the Thompson Hotel is a penthouse duplex with an amazing view of Brooklyn all the way up towards Midtown from the balcony that runs along one side of the room.

Arne10月 9, 2014These are definitely the most annoying hotel elevators I ever had the "pleasure" to use. Always occupied by staff.
Incredibly nice staff, great restaurants in the area, good sized rooms.- Great views from the corner rooms and a cute little bar at the pool!

I've stayed in many hotels in NYC and the Thompson LES is one of my favorites.
Bob Aurelio8月 6, 2013This place is prejudice! The concierge people are all white & barley any dark skin staff there. I asked to speak to the HK manager and she pretended not to see me & attended a white couple instead.
- Great hotel but don't stay in a room on the 7th floor if they are hosting a party on the deck (unless you are invited).

$10 for 24hrs of Internet is a rip off. Cooper Sq hotel is completely free and you get a glass of wine when you check in.
Avoid the rooms facing Allen, especially on weekends - unless you enjoy being part of the party downstairs.
Elevators in this place suck donkey. Add 30 min on your day if you're above floor 12.
