Eric Shoicket6月 22, 2013Great coffee... Although I made the mistake of ordering a red eye (not on the "menu") ... $7.25 and 2 separate pickup locations for the espresso & coffee. But hey - that's some good coffee :)

Sightglass's beans are slightly darker roasted than Four Barrel's and Blue Bottle's. Not a bad or good thing, per say, but a useful thing to know in case you particularly like or dislike darker roasts

Great Flat White. Best in the city (so far). Good fun watching the coffee roaster in action, kinda hypnotic watching the beans swirl around.

Kevin Pratt7月 16, 2015Kenya Kangunu Station, AA beans have a smooth flavor in their body. Extra roasting gives a buttery and more mild sheen to the lingering, acidic, and though mild, banana and kiwi fruit tones.
Sit upstairs and watch the baristas work their magic. There are also weekly Friday cuppings in the afternoon in the lab on the loft.
Grab a single origin iced coffee. They make it Japanese style: poured over into a carafe and shaken with ice. Tastes much brighter than cold brew.

Love the ambiance and energy of this space. Coffee tastes great too for a pretty penny.

Great space with lots of natural light. The pistachio croissant is in the top 5 best croissants I've ever had.- Really beautiful split-level space with really excellent coffee and great sweet and savoury pastries. Watch the coffee being roasted and bagged while you drink.

The most aesthetically pleasing shop in the Bay Area. Music volume is perfect. Coffees are splendid, pastries lovely. Not a cheap date, but you will score.

Best coffee shop and in house roasters! Plenty of space inside. A must, go up stairs to the affogato bar!

Don't leave here without a Hooker's Sweet Treat to go with your coffee. Relax people, it's a delicious hand dipped caramel. Made locally, of course!
Espressos, Cappuccinos or pour overs. Please taste the coffee and not drown it in milk
Certainly the most beautiful of the High-End Coffee Shops, if not the most friendly; worth visiting anyway, for the coffee and ambiance.
