Before you give your spicy number, ask if the hot chef is working. It's a full number's difference compared to other chefs.

This is the best neighborhood bar in downtown St. Paul. It also has some tasty and freaky hot food.
- The owner is awesome! But stay on his good side, or heads will roll!

Lori Klongtruatroke9月 24, 2010Not too crazy about the pad Thai here - I'd hit Ruam Mit for that next time. It doesn't taste like any pad Thai I've had before. The green curry was good though.
