Spinasse's Jason Stratton took over the old Thoa's space to open a contemporary Spanish restaurant with a top-notch crew that includes Carrie Mashaney, Chris Tanghe and bar manager David Nelson.
Look for dishes like the tortilla espanola and Huevos a la Flamenca (baked eggs with chorizo, jamón serrano, fried tomato sauce and béchamel). This spot will make you think you are back in Spain.
The turkey sandwich is awesome. Who'd have thought apple in a sandwich would work so well!
