Two nights in early December they hold Lessons and Carols, with a lovely selection of Christmas-themed readings and songs. Really wonderful if you're nearby.
Grab lunch to go from town and walk to The Mount. Stroll the grounds and grab a shady spot in the pergola for a picnic lunch.

This was my main hangout at night before I moved to Worcester. The atmosphere is relaxing and the acoustics are perfect. Very knowledgeable about wines, and you MUST try their bacon-wrapped dates!
The dishes are authentic and amazing, a great deal. I love the Quesadilla Linda, Enchilada Suiza, and the fajitas. Everyone is so friendly.
Fresh ingredients, creative and ever-changing menu, delicious drinks. I love it here. I can never get enough of the seared tuna.
Everything is delicious and the service is so friendly. My favorite dish is lamb korma. The student special is a great deal!
